Father as we prepare to spend isizumbulu semali on school supplies & sundries for our children. I ask that you instil in us a joy we haven’t felt while spending on other things. I ask for peace & pride that we get to partner with you in raising a strong generation of leaders. Your word says “Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them.”
Quicken within us the gratitude Lord, that you would see us worthy of such a tremendous blessing.

I ask you for provision & trust that you will provide all that is needed for our children who are essentially yours before they are ours. We ask that you protect them & I pray over every garment that they’ll try on as we purchase uniforms, I pray over even the pencils & books that will be used as tools for their education, I pray that you will bless these lord, I pray that they become more than just calculators & dictionaries but rather instruments to acquire knowledge for the subsequent advancement of Your kingdom.

I pray that as they absorb information in the year, that it goes deep into their temporal lobe & is retained by Your power Holy Spirit. I come against fails this year, I come against distractions this year & I sprinkle the blood of the lamb on our children. Against anything that seeks to steal destinies & destroy futures. I declare that such spirits & principalities will pass over them, that where they come for a sacrifice they find Your blood Jesus!
That any alters that have been erected against their progress be destroyed by Your infinite power Jesus. Your word says that you will destroy the lawless one BY THE BREATH OF YOUR NOSTRILS, and bring him to nothing by the appearance of Your coming. Lord that’s the power I call upon!

I pray over their educators & every single person who will speak into their lives this year, I pray that they speak only what is sanctioned by Your spirit Lord. Your word says that “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.” So I ask Lord that anyone who isn’t in alignment with Your will & Your heart for them, that you burn in them the fear of the Lord.

Lastly, I pray discernment for our little ones Lord, that they are able to sift through the chaos & distractions this year.

I pray all of this in Your sovereign & Your very worthy name Jesus.
